Disappointment with new online services.

Should have followed other banks successful online banking procedures. It is not well thought out and user unfriendly and whomever is responsible for this "new" system should not be congratulated. It is as if they never used online banking or did not try it themselves. I have been on hold for fifteen minutes already asking me every 15 seconds to press one to continue to hold. Very disappointed. Had hoped it would be as easy as every other bank I use. User's recommendation: Unless they change it avoid online banking and telephone banking.
