Recently after waiting in line fifteen minutes to mail a package In asked staff behind dispensary the location of Tinactine---I was given wrong info and left without further purchasing --location Lakeshore and Browns Line a few days later at Dixie mall - same request and was led around finally to Food Produces--several feet from clerk when first approached--- purchased over $100 in merchandise --mostly vitamins-- Rex hall Brands--------- I presented my CARP Card to cash on payment and was told discount was made on Carp -----later checking receipt noticed this was not so also Be WEll Card also given but I don'6t know if points given Very disappointed with staff apathy toward me as a customer. Considering the amount of competition of drug stores in Toronto--area. User's recommendation: be prepared to spend extra time and check reciept before leaving.
