Disappointed with service I received

I was on the store to purchase a 70inch TV and I didnt have my Walmart Credit card so I went to the service desk for help. Well they replied that they couldnt I would have to call the 800# and I replied cant you pull it up with my social #. Now Ive been to others stores and with the same situation and it was resolved by pulling up my social, but Walmart cant do that. Needless to say I didnt believe it. I tried calling the 800# couldnt speak to a human I just said forget it Ill take by business elsewhere, so I did.
