Purchased a hisense Fridge freezer combi for R 6000.00 at the the games store in December 2016 Stopped working ,only lasted 4 years 4 months but hisense refused to assist in any way Very frustrated, if only knew this was going to happen with so much money spent I would never have bought a hisense product Had a defy fridge for 25 years still have stove for 15 years and a washing machine for 10 years no problems all defy User's recommendation: Hisense brands only last for a short time but you can rely on defy for longer period.
