Disappointed with customer service

I placed an order for a designer bag which was 50% discounted and saks cancelled the order after 4-5 days of placing it even though the item was available online. I am regular customer at saks and in a year I do shopping of huge amount.i called customer service and they replaced the order by saying that system is not allowing price adjustment more than 25% please call after 24 hours for further price adjustment and when i called twice after 24 hours in the first call they said they have done the further price adjustment of rest 25% you will receive an email and when i didnt receive any email I called again and they said they will only give 2% as the price adjustment User's recommendation: Neiman and bergdorf goodman is better than saks.
