Disappointed with Chane in Breakstone Cottage Cheese

Breakstone used to be my favorite cottage cheese but they changed the way they make it a year or so ago and now it is terrible! My dad used to work at a cheese factory so I know what's good and what is not. I think they overcook it, so the curds are mushy. Right off the shelf it looks like its spoiled.
