Can only get an exchange for the same poor quality, substandard product. The manufacturers should not be allowed to sell these air mattresses if you have to keep bringing them back and wasting time and money. An exchange is pointless if the the mattress is low quality and defective to begin with. No refunds due to hygienic reasons..i understand that, but its a manufacturers defect and should be corrected. Plus, customer service is quite rude and very poor communication skills. I advise anyone not to purchase these air mattresses because you are not getting what you paid for along with poor management politics and bad service Customers deserve good quality and good customer service at best. **Dont buy them*** plus, its covid 19 and if you want to talk about hygienic reasons look around the store and see the staff not following the covid 19 guidelines to protect themselves and there faithful customers.
