I have replaced old windows and doors in my home with this company since 2005. The last window replacement was a nightmare. The window was placed crooked. I had to wait 2 months for it to be corrected. The seal on a bow window i had purchased from castle windows broke. The state they will replace or fix their products for life, so i reluctantly called them again to fix the windows. The worker was rude and didnt replace the windows correctly. One window wouldn't close completely. 2 months later they still haven't corrected their work. I asked for a supervisor, they refused to pass the call over. Excuse after excuse, they never corrected their sloppy work. I will never call or recommend them again.
