Original review updated by user Nov 04, 2020 Breakstone's small-curd cottage cheese was always a staple in the house I grew up in, it was of a perfect consistency. Now years later, the curd is no longer small, it's quite lumpy & watery, I have to drain a fair amount of liquid from the container before scooping out a serving. I have tried other brands but they didn't come close to the Breakstone's quality that I once knew. Periodically I will purchase it, hoping that the quality has improved. Why fix something that isn't broken, I ask? Extremely frustrated & disappointed.
