Disappointed in service and stale toast

We went to the Queensbury, N.Y. branch for breakfast..on Sunday August 4th.we waited 8-10 mins to be seated when there was 5-6 empty tables in the front of the restaurant and could see other empty ones in the back and in the other dining room..once our order was taken we waited at least 30 mins before we were served..saw people come in and wait and not be waited on at all...when we checked out the line of 10-12 people who were waiting to be seated was informed..they could seat them but there would be at least a 30 min wait due to short a cook and wait staff..which was the first time we had heard that..plus the manager was out back crying. This has happen twice before to us..we have become very disappointed
