Flowers dropped off without calling customer. Terry's Florist delivery disturbing the neighbors, banging real loud at the front door. Customer unable to walk, uses a walker and oxygen tank and unable to lift flowers or answer the front door. Requires assistance. Terry's florist delivery of Meriden was instructed to call customer and carry or deliver the flowers to the back sliding doors or call the customer, carry the flowers inside the home. User's recommendation: Courtesy. Be kind and more considerate of customers ciscumstances.
