Disappointed Customer

Ordered arrangement online from another state. When arrangement arrived at hospital, the size was Standard and not Deluxe and minus Yellow roses. Tried calling to return the order. That attempt failed--no clear address and refused to answer call. I questioned whether or not they thought I would see the arrangement, and if this was customary of their business. He stated they would give a discount. After hearing the $10 discount, I said no I will return the arrangement. He said okay! When I asked for the address, the one given me was not correct, and he refused to answer the phone. The website states "you can return your order for replacement or refund."
