Disappeared parcel

I got an sms on the 2nd July stating my parcel will be delivered within 72hours, days passed by, weeks again nothing except no one seems to have known a lady called Sne at Richards bay called me saying did I receive my parcel unfortunately no, she gave me a drivers number Themba, I called him he said there's no parcel here for me I got confused coz when they track it, it says it's on its way to my place, no calls received nor feedback again I tried all platforms calls and messaging but now no one is attending to my issue. I'm so pissed and frustrated because I've used Aramex for years I never came across such poor service. I want my parcel and I'm tired of waiting. Or else I open a case against this Aramex, I'm trying to make a living a little business that I do now this No❗️
