I contacted them d/t the candles not working for a year after paying a high price for them. They said the warranty was only for 3 months and suggested a solution which doesn't work. They did offer to replace the battery lid but that's not the problem. User's recommendation: Maybe try another candle since I'm disappointed in them not working longer.

"Hotel accommodations were filthy and gross. Customer service…there was none. Got to hotel and couldn’t check in until 3 pm. Understandable with covid, however there was no place to store luggage."
