Spent close to 30 minutes on hold getting transferred from sales to customer service and back again and back again. Seriously seemed like was in an episode of Sienfield. Finally got a recording stating that they could not address my questions at this time and someone would call me directly. Riiiiiiiight!! All of this even before I purchased a warranty from them. Now its turning into a very frustrating experience. I can't imagine the frustration someone might feel in the middle of the night to get pre-authorization for a tow.
