In February 2020 we had our couch and chairs cleaned. A day later when the sun shone we could see one side of the cushion was brighter than the other. The chair had marks on the cushion and arm rests. My husband spread drop cloths on the floor for the furniture to be cleaned, and yet he spent most of the next day cleaning the floor from the over spray of the chemicals. Do not expect them to clean your furniture without them leaving your floor in need of shampoo and cleaning. We called the company, and they did want to send another crew out, however, we did not trust that they would be any better than the last crew. User's recommendation: If you do not know or have experience with the cleaning crew, do not call.
