Update by user Jul 25, 2021 Again I contacted them by email, phone calls. They don't respond for anything!!!!! Original review posted by user Jun 23, 2021 I've emailed them 3 times and still NO answer. We never used our dining pass or season pass during the pandemic. And they still charged us for both the passes! I am more than Angry now! Please help me! User's recommendation: Horrible guest realations.
