Dinan Engineering, DinanCars, Dinan product review: If the product doesnt work, they switch the product under “warranty” and refuse to adjust cost. When the product attempts to install and completely disables your car they refuse to cover towing, and rental expenses. To this day...one month later I still have not received the working product I paid for. They blamed my computer virus software for the problem with install. I used 3 different computers. All of them had different virus software and browsers. Their product does not work! I asked for them to price match after what Ive been through at the lower cost product they swapped to and their advertised sale price on their website. They refused to acknowledge the product was on sale( I sent screen shots) and refused to reduce the cost. Now the tune...if one is installed its hard to tell. Many other companies offer better performance for less cost. If you go with Dinan because they talk about a warranty then youll be in for a surprise when its time for Dinan to step up. My car was disabled for two days before I had to take matters into my own hands because of thier lack of communication. I didnt get a response until I threatened them with returning the product. Which, I should have done. They took me down an expensive road. I paid more that double the cost because of Dinans product failure. They offer nothing. Not even a friggen sorry. Just bs blame. Do yourself a favor and dont buy Dinan.
