I am making a complaint on Dillard's Southaven. I purchased Prada Black for men cologne for a Valentine's gift and when my fiancé opened it, the cologne was used and had no top on it. It had prints on it as well as dust around the top of it. The bottle was also less full. It had been used maybe as a tester. I am so pissed and embarrassed because I didn't expect this from Dillard's. I've been calling the store every day since and its closed due to the weather I guess. I need to speak to someone asap. This is so beyond embarrassing I am highly pissed. User's recommendation: Please check your fragrances before you leave the store.
