The communication with the front desk at the Ardmore Hilton Inn was not only lack of but absolutely without communication at all. However the call i made to the actual Hilton Honors was very helpful and they made me feel like my loyalty had been matched and was cared about with great concern. I do appreciate their help and will most likely continue using their services now which before hand was very set on never doing business there again. Thank you so much for changing my mind and assuring me that i was important to them as i considered them to be to me.
