Difficulty returning the wrong part

I placed an order for two halogen lights for my Electrolux wall oven and instead received a harness, which requires an electrician to install. I tried at least 10 phone calls and an email to return this product and none of the numbers worked or else the last phone call was cut off. In desperation, I contacted my credit card company. Now Electrolux says they can not refund my money or I cannot return the product because it is past the 90 days of return, when in fact I did reach out before that time. So, I am stuck with $121.78 product that I cannot use and still have to buy expensive halogen light bulbs.
