I responded to an email that Shtichfix sent me. The personnel that responded said that he could not find my account and gave 5 more bits of information to send him. No! When I have spent hours finding a way to contact Stifchfix, being given more tasks only infuriated me more(( 5 minutes of digging on his part, rather than giving the stand reply would have saved every one much time and Frustration. My dream is that after a year of being told things are fixed, they actually will be User's recommendation: Make sure they actually do what they say.
