I spent nearly 8 hours yesterday trying to make a payment with the 80% discount offered This proved impossible but around tea time last night I was told that the amount to be charged for the next year would be £13.20 Hooray Not quite At about 22.30pm last TOTAL AV took a further £9.95 from my bank account without my knowing, or my authorization I have spent a further hour this morning trying to get the £9.95 paid back but to no avail I requested them to call me back from a senior advisor which I am now waiting for User's recommendation: If you require your sanity think twice about getting involved with these charlatans.
