Didn’t stand behind their Guarantee!

I booked a hotel room for my employee 2 different days at the same hotel and paid for the reservation on my app on cellphone and I booked the room and it gave me aconfirmation number, charged my card, and sent me a confirmation email with their so called "Guaranteed Booking header " and when my employee got to the room the hotel room the hotel manager approached him and said he didn't have a reservation and made him pay cash out of pocket for the reservation. The hotel said they didn't have any record at all of a hotel room being reserved and paid for on their App! So basically their guarantee isn't any good at all. This happened on two nights at the same hotel. User's recommendation: make sure you have room booked like they said you did!!
