Didn’t send money. Won’t return my phone.

They quote you a trade-in value up to twice as much as others to get your business AND bank acct information. Once they receive the item, "Inspect It" and promise your payment within 24 hrs. Then, email you saying the payment bounced. After "Resending It," still no money. They refuse to share the bank receipt confirmation, but instead ask for more acct information To Follow-up with the bank." NOT!!! When asked to return my phone, guess what.....they won't because "They sent the payment as requested." My bank verified on 2 separate requests that NO attempt was ever made to make a deposit to my acct. User's recommendation: SELLERS BEWARE !!
