Didn’t receive newspaper

In times past the paper has been coming late and or not at all. There was 1 occasion where I found my paper in the parking lot, and another when it wasn't wrapped and got wet. This week I saw a new delivery driver, and she even-handed me the paper. but the last few days it has been coming to me on time
