Didn’t receive my product in February

Hello i am Selitta Woodson. Glossybox charges my card each month recurringly, but did not get a Feburary glossybox. However a glossybox did come to my home for a friend because i purchased a e gift for her six months i paid for...i would like for her glossybox to her address: Navie Spain 1117 Weston Drive Garland,Texas 75043
