Sir, Iam vivek ,I have ordered mobilephone (exchange mode) via flipkart order id:FMPP085820****. The last date was 17th but i got a call from delivery boy on 16th and since the exchange didnt work and since there was not enough money in my hand on that time i cant take delivery of the product on that time. Now iam ready to take delivery by paying balancw amount. what do i need to do. please give a positive response as soon as possible. or arrange a call back from your side since it is not possible to contact you...thanking you vivek
