I have still not received my order and after bantering with one particular women in your employee via chat these last two orders will be my final orders I normally make sizable orders and I've been a customer for a very long time I've never had a problem but now that I have had a problem I see how poor your customer service is I was blown off I was not heard and now after waiting the 5 and 6 days that I was told to wait now I have to do all the work and file the claim and so forth unlike other companies this was something that was not my fault and yet I feel I'm being punished for it is taking forever to get my merchandise I'm very disappointed and of course I'm going to tell all my friends and post it on social media is just the way that I brought them to you your products are wonderful but the customer service sucks and that's enough to make people not want to come back so yeah I paid $128 I'm definitely going to get my product saw file the claim but I'm 48 years old how to reset a heart attack and covid-19 User's recommendation: Expect poor customer service should anything go wrong it's bad enough there's not enough actual phone number to talk to a live person but getting somebody to listen to you and help solve your problem with these specially when it's not your fault well good luck with that one.
