I ordered food at the location at 3582 Hwy 114 Ft Worth, TX 76177. I never received my food because I waited too long, so I wanted a refund of $24.87. People were waiting inside for their food for over 30 minutes the service is horrible there and I will never go back you guys need to hire some more employees. I just moved here from Amarillo, TX. Amarillo, TX all their Whataburgers were great and now Im gonna be missing their food. Call customer service that day and I was supposed to get a refund and I never received a refund, so please send me a refund.
