Totally hacked with these jokers. Ordered and paid for a TV Stand in good faith. When it hadn't arrived within the allocated time I gave it a couple of days grace and called the company - www.tvstands2go.co.uk They said they would get back to me within the hour. The next day I called the company again, who had no record of the call the previous day and wouldn't accept the same put off so was put through to a manager - James.. He was apologetic at first, however, to cut a long story short I was told the delivery company had delivered the item and that there was nothing they could do.
