Didn’t compensate what should have

I bought one of your chicken and fries and just put the whole box in microwave and when it was done and I removed the food it had moldy fries contacted the company and got a 5 dollar off coupon for a bigger product.. Don't feel that was even right believe should have been a cash settlement or at least coupons for free items
