I dropped my car off at 230 pm and asked them if it would be ready by closing hours. Mitch told me they don't leave until every car is finished. I told him my mother passed away this morning and i'm driving to Detroit tomorrow and i need my car. He assured me it would be ready today. i told him i work right across the parking lot at the hospital. I walked over to the shop at 630 and they were still working on cars and mine was still in the parking lot. After not getting a phone call i walked back over their and my car is locked in the back and everyone is gone! I get off at 4 am with no transportation home and no car to go to Detroit tomorrow! User's recommendation: Get their before closing hours and wait on your car to be finished if it's not ready by closing.
