Didn’t authorize credit card payment for new auto shipment order

Did online chat and cancelled trial subscription service on Oct. 15. I assumed my refund would automatically be processed, but still hasn't shown up on our credit card statement. Please process my refund immediately. I'll be telling Visa to block any further charges. The so-called customer service rep was arguing with me the whole time and trying to give me reasons not to cancel future shipments. User's recommendation: Would definitely NOT recommend this company or products to anyone!
