You came in and took £113.99 out of my account which I never agreed to and you never even let me know or gave a reminder that you were going to take it off . I wish a refund back on to my card . By taking of that money thanks to you some of my bills might not get paid. The money came out on the 26th of Feb even if you sign up for a trial you still need to give a reminder that your trial is coming to an end which obviously you didn't do or i would have gone in and cancelled.
