simba5000protec when we purchased it was agreed to that they would take away box spring and mattress. then was told that they would take only the mattress because box springs whernt in good shape when drivers arrived. they had also told me that they go to charity and if they cant be donated to charity they wont take them. called bellevile store manager spoke whith him while drivers waited explained to him if they don't take box springs to cancel the deal . he refused to take box springs and was willing to let deal fall through I now havetwo box springs in garage thank you sleep country. User's recommendation: dont tell costomers during the sale. and charge for disposal and not do it.
