Did not recieve my items

I want to know why my items is not yet delivered and it says it will delivered on June 4 to June 5. I do always talk to the seller. And when I check the status of my order it says that IT IS CANCELLED AND REFUNDED! HOW COME? I DON'T ASK FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND! I AM OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY AND IT MY FIRST TIME TO EXPERIENCE THIS IN LAZADA. Your response is highly appreciated
