I ordered $175.00 worth of slippers for gifts 12.02.2020. I did not receive all of my order and I have contacted them twice. The winter slippers that I did receive were of such poor quality i.e., glue all over the slippers on two and uneven seams at the sole. I have requested a refund for the two items that I did not receive, but I am stuck with the defective merchandise due to their website NO RETURNS. The company is out of China which I did not know because they do not make that known at purchase. Very disappointed one I am out $SOLUTAB96.00 for the items that I did not receive and second I am not able to give the two defective slippers as gifts. YES they are that bad!! User's recommendation: ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
