Did not receive replacement sharkvac

Quite some time ago I asked for a replacement sharkvac cause the one I received did not work, did the video with agent to show wasnt working he said there would be another one sent out 2-3 weeks.nearly 2 months later found they canceled it due to the agent did not get the label of the machine. Wasnt informed called today agent got the label so far I have not received confirmation of shipment. So I am a couple months into not being able to use my purchase and its going to cost me additional shipping if it ever ships! MmMy ex User's recommendation: Don’t buy sharkvac.
