Did not receive ordered product; company is unresponsive

I ordered a camera strap on July 23 2013 and never received it. The company took my $35 via Paypal for my order and never sent the camera strap. I have sent multiple emails, have called and left messages in an anonymous voice mailbox, and have tweeted their business. They have not responded to any emails, calls, or tweets. I have also submitted a BBB complaint and several others have as well for the exact same issue. They don't have a facebook presence so there is no way to complain there. They need to take down their ability to accept payment if they can't provide service.
