Did not receive my item

I got an email from pat pat saying there was no safer place to keep the parcel so it arrived at my local post office Today I went there to get the parcel using my tracking number but they said its not mention in their system Its been almost one month and still I haven't received my parcel Why it's taking longer time to reach as compared to other online shopping products
