Did not pick up

Had a pick up scheduled for 4/5/21. Called to get an ETA. She said the diver was here at 12:30 and said he needed a lift gate. I was here all day. No one came here. I have a forklift so no lift gate is needed. CT customer service rep said the terminal put her on hold. She told me to reschedule for the next day. I cancelled and Southeastern cam an hour later. User's recommendation: Avoid Central Transport if your time is important.
