DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY

These people are the *** of the earth! STAY AWAY My experience started out well with Chris Hetzel (Co-Owner) presenting videos on his laptop on each step of the pool restoration project. He mentioned that he would visit during each step of the restoration to ensure that a quality job was delivered. He also presented the 10 year warranty that Premier offered as an “exclusive” to the industry. Unfortunately, I believed him and we selected Premier to restore our pool in the tune of $4,500. This experience went downhill the minute we paid these scammers the 50% down payment. It began with a delay of multiple weeks in scheduling the restoration, with many unanswered phone calls and broken commitments to show up and start the project. Once they started, a bunch of thugs showed up and proceeded to complain about the owners and their business practices. Half way through the project the thugs tried to change the diamond bright material to a “cheaper” material without my knowledge. If I wasn’t there to correct this, I would not have received the material that I ordered and paid for. Now, three years later I have a large bubble in the diamond brite and rust leaking from my hot tub through the diamond brite. I made at least 15 phone calls to request a visit by Premier to check these problems, since I had a 10 year warranty as Chris sold me….yeah right. I finally made contact with them and they confirmed that they would schedule a visit. Nobody showed up, nobody called and nobody returned my call. After numerous calls, I finally made contact and once again they confirmed an appointment and never showed up. After another 9-10 calls I finally contacted Mark Hetzel (Principle Owner). This guy was the most unprofessional business person that I’ve encountered in my life. The guy began with spewing out F-Bombs stating that I should fix the problem myself, regardless if I had a warranty. I would not accept the answer and demanded that he show up and inspect the problem in person. After another 4-5 F-Bombs he committed to come to my house to inspect the problem. Go figure….Mark never showed up and never called and I still have the problem with my pool These people clearly don’t give a *** about their customers. They are non-responsible, rude and obnoxious and don’t deserve to be in business. I will to enter the 23rd complaint logged into the Better Business Bureau against Premier Swimming Pool Restoration Corp. They already have an “F” rating but maybe I can protect other consumers from using this company. I am also considering a small claims court complaint to see if I can get the warranty that they sold me to get compensated for their inferior work! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
