Did not get what I payed for

On Nov.25 2019 I got involved with this Co. The cost will be 2,699.00 I paid 650.32 down monthly payments would be 107.83 first payment started on Nov 30, 2019. I took one tripe since. May 1, 2020.i have tried to take another trip for the past 8 months all I get is a runaround My contact person is Oscar Shaw I call him he will not call me back. I called my bank on Dec.18 2020 to put a stop payment to them. I closed out my debit card. Also there web site is no good you can not send a message to them User's recommendation: Do not get involved with this Co. They are not to be trusted.
