did not fix the discs

I have sent TheDiscDoctor few of my discs for a repair and when I received them back I was terrified! They did not fix anything and the worst part was they even damaged all the discs! Of course I received no refund and they did not even apologize and said that it was not their fault. What a joke. Then I went online and made a little research and found out about others who had the same terrible experience with this company. Don't trust them!
