I had Jason come out to the house last year to do bat removal. He "sealed" up all the entry points and said it was all taken care of. I paid him $850 and was given a 3 year warranty. This year the bats came back almost to the same day. I called and set up an appointment and waited and waited. Texts and phone calls went unanswered. He does not uphold his warranty and now I am wondering if he even did any sealing work. SCAM!
