Did buy a package holiday from last minute.com but never had a confirmation or a message telling me what’s going on

Hi can someone tell me why i did not received a confirmation for my booking please. I have been trying very hard to find something for my family break and now all what we doing is just waiting for somedody to tell ua whats going on. please help us Thank you User's recommendation: Ask for help anywhere you can.
