Did an update a few days ago, Since then the satnav is useless and no longer works. It is an older device, and they have been pestering me to buy a newer one for ages. No way will I be buying a tomtom again. I also remember the lifetime maps issue. Support were useless, saying buy a new version. It looks like the most recent update 9th ,8 ,21 has finished the device off. They have known. User's recommendation: Read the reviews-enough said.
