I walked into a lobby already had a reservation, upon entry all I could hear is cursing and all types of fouls language being hurled at who I could only assume was another employee, I walked back out and came back in with phone in hand to document whatever it was going on, upon Re-entry I was met with a desk agent upon asking him his name, he Immediately went to choosing to tell me that he would not be servicing me, I called customer service to seek some way to document this as this was upsetting enough to have my plans for the night being toiled with by an outlandish employee with some extra radical, disrespectful behavior that should not be tolerated by customer let alone, corporate for condoning this with no pertinent supervision onsite to handle something like this
