Deranged employee

I have contacted the bank several times over this deranged employee she is using high tech phone system pv4-6 thu-Sprint that now is T Moblis cell phones i have notified both and with no solution.she controls phone notifications puts child locks for controlling reasons she listen to all my cellphone calls and knows when scheduled appointment ,and knows my location at all times.
